Round trip transportation for any party, cruise terminal, airport or events! Need round trip for the Curacao International Airport, any special requests or events? Contact us and receive $10 discount on a round trip minimum 4 persons! Also guests have to pay a cancellation fee ( per vehicle reserved ) in advance and failing to comply with requested services will result in forfeiture of funds!
Pickup & Drop Off: All pickup and Drop Off are booked and paid in advance, so that we can comply with the date requested and provide our services. To cancel guests must inform us 48 hours in advance or lose 50% of the total charges for the ride. By not cancelling or informing us at all the amount of money will be forfeited! Tour or Activity Cancellation Policy: Curacao Taxi Max will allow fully refundable cancellations, by the traveler prior to 10 days. Curacao Taxi max will not allow any refund of payments on delays or cancellation of airline flights or other modes of transportation used to arrive to Curacao and to be present on the date the tour is booked to take place. This will not be taken into consideration in the determination of a full refund for unused services. Your cruise ship, Airline or Hotel and neither it's employees nor other booking agents have the authority to cancel your bookings with Curacao Taxi Max. The customer or guests booking must notify Curacao Taxi Max within 11 days prior the tour date that a problem occurred. The notification must be in writing and emails are accepted. Tour or Activity reservation: Upon submitting your tour or activity reservation for processing, a copy is sent to you by e-mail, so that you have a record of your order. Confirmations are often the same day after processing your reservation, but some reservations may take longer to confirm than others. You will receive an e-mail confirmation by the end of the next business day at the latest. Our e-mail confirmation will have all the details you need to enjoy your selected activity. Credit Card: A credit card is required to guarantee payment for your reservations. If you cancel your activity after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund less 10% to cover our credit card processing costs. Bear in mind if you pay us by credit card there's a percentage that will be deducted for transactions taking place and will be deducted! Down payment when meeting with guests: Meetings with guests will take place at guests location and it will take 1 hour to explain and show guests all we have to offer prior coming to an agreement that ensures a great time. All bookings for a "meeting" has a down payment in advance fee of US$50 onsite for discussing any activity or tours and upon canceling of activities or tours this advance payment will be forfeited. If guests complies to the policies stated and continues with the activity or tour, the advance payment will be deducted from the total cost at the end of the day. International Bookings Fully Paid in Advance: Any bookings made internationally and fully paid has a 10 days cancellation policy in advance and if guests does not comply by submitting their cancellation as the company policy describes 10 days in advance of the scheduled time and date, they will lose 25% of the total amount paid. If guests fail to comply and does not cancel 2 days prior, which is 48 hours prior the tour taking place, guests will lose 50% of the total amount paid. By canceling on the same day the tour to takes place, the guests that requested this will lose 100% of the total amount paid. At all times guests must comply with cancellation policies described to receive full refund! Group or Custom Activity and Tours: Group bookings may be non-refundable if the tour price is based on a specific number of participants. Custom designed tour bookings will always have a $25 per person non-refundable penalty for cancellations made at any time after the booking has been confirmed and the credit card charged. Credit Card Dispute: Customers who dispute a Curacao Taxi Max Credit card charge by filing charge back notice with their credit card companies will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee (per charge back notice) by Curacao Taxi Max or Maximiliaan Tjoen Tak Seu if the charge back is ruled in the favor of Maximiliaan Tjoen Tak Seu by the financial institution. Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance is available and is highly recommended. If the purchaser already carries this type of insurance, he needs to contact his insurance company to add in the coverage of these tours. Cancellations: Due to excellent climate in Curacao, weather cancellations are very rare. No-shows and cancellations without following policy guidelines with all the charges in full on the credit card used to secure the reservation are forfeited and are non-refundable. Guest Agrees: The guest or traveler has read these policies and agrees in full with them.
